Information collected
The enquiry form asks for your name, organisation, work email and a short description of the project risk. It also records the page or service context and, where present, campaign parameters so we can understand the enquiry.
How it is used
We use the information to review and respond to your enquiry, take reasonable steps before entering a contract, provide requested services and maintain normal business records. We do not sell enquiry information.
Form processing
Form submissions are routed using FormSubmit. You can avoid the website form and email us directly instead. Do not send sensitive drawings or security information through the first-contact form.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics 4 or Microsoft Clarity will load only when account identifiers have been configured and you choose “Accept analytics”. Your preference is stored in local browser storage. When analytics is configured, you can reopen the preference control from the website footer. The site works without analytics.
Retention and sharing
Enquiry information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, potential engagement, legal obligations and business records. It may be shared with service providers supporting email, hosting or professional advice where necessary.
